The Main Window

XKat's Main screen displays jobs to the left and tasks to the right. An XKat job is a
container that holds XKat tasks. When you run a job, all tasks within run. When a

task runs, it backs up or synchronizes your files.

To navigate through the Window, select a job by clicking it. This results in the job's tasks
appearing in the tasks window.

XKat's Main Screen

The toolbar located toward the top of the main window sports buttons that can be used
to run, add,
and delete jobs and tasks. Other buttons on the toolbar allow you to access
task logs and Internet accounts, to schedule jobs and tasks to run automatically at a
predetermined time and interval (daily, weekly, monthy), and to launch XKat's FTP client.
